Tuna Paté

Very quick preparation, a simple hors d’oeuvre which is always well liked!!

160g tinned tuna (in olive oil)
¾ Philadelphia tub
2 anchovies or a squeeze of anchovy paste
½ lemon

Drain the tuna, and put in a food processor with the Philadelphia and anchovies. Whizz, and add the lemon juice while doing so. Season if required.

Spread on triangles of toasted bread or anything else you fancy!
